I also like their Excellence Intense Pear and Orange. Lindors are made in the US. The 99% comes with a warning: you are supposed to build up from 70%, to 85%, and melt only a very small piece of 99% slowly on your tongue. It contains minimum amount of sugar, obviously... and in my mind completely different from what you may call chocolate. It is a 'patch' for chocoholics: cures your chocolate cravings very quickly with minimal calorie intake. The best emergency supply, but only for real dark chocolate lovers. Me? They seem to have less vegetarian entree (although you probably can ask in advance) on their menu these days, and prices have been going up steadily.  Yet, if a vegetarian friend of mine come visit me in Chicago, &lt;a href="http://www.croftononwells.com/cw/index.php"&gt;Crofton&lt;/a&gt; is the place I would take her.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Everything they serve is tasty. Rolls they serve at the beginning are warm, salty, and very hard to put down if you are carbo-addicted as I am.  Appetizers are flavorful and delicate. Great dessert and amazing tea selection for after dinner. I am quite sure that you will enjoy whatever you order.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The catch is.... portions are small. So, prices add up: you need an appetizer or two, entree, and dessert.  If you have a big appetite, have a snack before you go.  Even if you have small appetite, you still have some room for dessert... since they serve awesome but small dessert (did I say 'small portion' before?). Actually small portion works well for me, since I get to try different things without leaving half of my plate untouched.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Decor is very simple.... and could be improved. They have variety of cake (cheese cake, tiramisu, creme brulee etc.), bread, and sweets - all good, but for one reason or the other I am not inpressed with them. I wish their products had lighter fluffier texture. They often have some cake samples around the entrance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The bakery shop (to the right) and the cafe (to the left) are bright, clean, and pleasant. On weekends, be prepared to wait in a line and to eat while people in the line staring at you: Pretty nice on weekdays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OK, I have a few things to complain about this place, yet I keep going back. The caramel center is super smooth and soft, but not overly salty as the name may suggest ("caramel with salted butter").   The &lt;a href="http://www.richart-chocolates.com/b2c/chocolate/"&gt;US web site&lt;/a&gt; does not list the product for some reason, but the &lt;a href="http://www.chocolats-richart.com/b2c/chocolat/produits/820"&gt;French web site&lt;/a&gt; does.   Richart has a store in New York, Boston, San Fransisco in the US, and the Boston store carried the caramel cubes when I was there last time.
